AMPS' Patient Advocacy process and ERISA counsel are available
to consult with the member, plan sponsor and TPA through any appeal.
AMPS provides indemnity insurance to clients and their employer groups if our efforts ever lead to a financial penalty or loss.
AMPS indemnifies its program of hospital bill reviews and audits. The coverage indemnifies a payer if there is a financial obligation after the end of an insured period. AMPS eliminates concern for provider collection efforts after the contract period for the employer group has ended.
Our "Patient Advocacy" process will respond to all inquiries from providers relative to AMPS' recommendations. We manage the complete process of provider inquiries and support each client and/or plan sponsor with a detailed understanding of the findings and their relationship to the applicable plan design.
